June 15, 2009 - We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Andre Plamondon to 3rd degree black belt (Sandan). Andre has shown tremendous commitment, studying with us since December of 1999, the first year we were open.
May 7, 2009 - A bio for Jonathan Woodhall has been added to our Instructors page, the first of several new bios with more coming soon! Also, enjoy your new "quote of the day".

April 17, 2009 - The House of Kenpo Karate is extremely proud to be celebrating our 10 year anniversary! We've had a great 10 years so far, and we're looking forward to a long future teaching martial arts in the Comox Valley.
